Job Summary: Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing accurate financial reports. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation and financial controls.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or relevant certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
