Are You Stuck Consider Changing Your Focus In 2021

Changing Your Focus

If you sometimes feel like you are stuck in the brisk of life, you have a lot of company. We work, we struggle, we try to do everything we can for a higher level of well-being, but it seems that the more we work, the more we get stuck. If you are approaching a Category 5 frustration level, you can try this…

Go from that really good – but disappointed – to one or more other people in the Mirror who inhabit this good land.

I realize that it’s important to focus on number one – myself. We need to set goals, plan and then do the things we need to do so that we can at least progress towards our goals. We need to show personal financial responsibility, plan retirement and often cover your back so that it is not chewed by one or more rodents of life.

However, it often happens that we become so focused on ourselves and our personal well-being that we build huge walls. We lose the ability – or even the desire-to see the big picture and the possibilities that life presents to us. We become so focused on ” me ” that sometimes we begin to examine even the most insignificant events in order to determine their possible impact on our personal life. We become victims for ourselves. And to be really honest about it, sometimes we get so busy that we lose track of where we thought we wanted our life to end in the first place.

As I mentioned earlier, one possible solution is to change our goal from “me” to “others”. From being a receiver to being a donor. And no, I’m not even saying that this requires a big change in the things we do every day. This may eventually lead to it, but it is not an important part of the preparatory process.

Here’s what I mean. No matter what you do for a living or move home in a logical direction, a real person somewhere down the line will probably benefit from what you do. Think.. What we do is not just stuff computer systems with information or help machines work better. It’s not just to take people’s money, so we’ll do a paycheck at the end of the week. It’s not just about filling out forms, connecting pieces of boards together, assembling electronic devices, carrying packages, going to meetings, cutting down trees, repairing cars, painting houses, storing shelves, installing drywall or hamburgers. Somewhere, one day (and maybe immediately), another human being will probably be positively influenced by what you are doing.

And yes, if you pay attention, you noticed that I used a few words from the walkout in the previous paragraph – “possibility” and “maybe”. I had to do this because in the real world there are individuals whose efforts to make money are mainly focused on “non-profit” activities. That’s how the world is.

For the rest of us, however, our activities and our work generally reflect a more positive company. This brings us back to the original suggestion. If you’re stuck in quicksand, take a few minutes to really think about people – the person you’re doing will be better, healthier, or happier. Think about how you give your time and talent so that others will somehow benefit from your efforts.

Do you see what can happen here? When we move from” me “to” others”, our work – the things we do every day – begins to take on a new meaning. Now we are donors. Our life is sincerely meaningful . We know that what we are doing is really important to someone else. It’s very special, right?

If you really get at least one other person to benefit from the things you do to spread your imagination and it doesn’t really go together, you might consider turning to another profession – or at least another way to spend your free time. There are many people who can really benefit from your talent. Think about what you do well – what you enjoy doing can help others have a better life. So do it. Before you know it, you’ll be out of quicksand .
